BGDV Ateliers is based in Ireland (EU) and complies with the GDPR framework.

The measures we took

• Our privacy policy gives you more information about what data we collect, data retention and transfers, and outlines your data protection rights.

• All BGDV Ateliers form data is encrypted and stored in Ireland (EU)

• Data Accessibility: you have full control of the information you provide, store and manage with BGDV Ateliers.

What about data control and retention?

BGDV Ateliers is the provider of product-service branding, design, development and marketing services, and a processor of the data you share but not the owner of the collected data.

BGDV Ateliers is responsible for the data we collect

We're thus the data controller of the respondent data. BGDV Ateliers is the processor and stores information when granted permission and you have full control over the type of data as long as your account is active you have full control over the data you provide, and the time period for which we can store these data.

You may request to delete your file information and form responses from our accounts if it would be required to do so. We honour all deletions, and all form data which has been requested for deletion is permanently deleted from our back-ups within 90 days. BGDV Ateliers acts as a data controller in the relationship between BGDV Ateliers and our customers (clients and mentees), for the personal information you give us in order to use our service (personal, registration or billing information for example).
